Join us in a wonderful learning experience to understand human anatomy through cadaver (donor) studies and the movements of yoga. We will explore the teachers (donors), their lifestyles and health histories and how it pertained to their lives. We will emphasize on major joints and muscles along with the brain and spinal cord . How our bodies sense and move.

1:00-3:30 Class Time

Please come to class with closed toed shoes, well nourished and hydrated. CLCHA will provide a light snack and water. CLCHA will also provide lab gowns, gloves and masks.
