Join us for a fun informative look at human anatomy in relationship to the yoga teacher in training. We will explore the skeletal system with its articulations to be informed on what our bones can do for us through yoga poses. We will look at the relationships of the appendicular and axial systems and the extrinsic muscles that connect the systems.

CLCHA works with donors (cadavers) as teachers for our educational classes.

CLCHA provides gowns, masks and gloves for the laboratory experience. CLCHA representatives will go over lab procedures and give a brief history of our organization.

Please wear closed toed shoes, come well hydrated, well nourished and a curious mind.
